Directions To The Office

COMING FROM THE EAST

LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY

1. Turn north at Exit 51 onto Deer Park Road (Route 231)
2. Continue under the Northern State Parkway overpass
3. Get into the left lane when you get to the overpass
4. Bear left at the traffic light, which is an extension of Deer Park Road
5. Cross over Jericho Tpke and the road becomes Park Avenue –continue on Park Avenue all the way into Huntington
6. You will pass the Huntington Hospital on the right – turn left at the next traffic light (get in the left lane) and immediately there will be another traffic light – turn left again and you are on New York Avenue
7. Proceed south on New York Avenue to the next traffic light – pass it and about 100 feet on your right will be 191 New York Avenue.
8. 191 is on the black awning.
9. Park on the street or turn into the driveway before the building and park in the back
10. We are on the second floor – walk up and half way down the hall on the left

NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY

1. Turn north at exit 42N (Route 231)
2. Come down the ramp to the traffic light
3. Proceed through the traffic light, which will put you onto Deer Park Road
4. Follow the directions above where the ** starts.

COMING FROM THE WEST

LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY

1. Exit 49N - Turn north onto Route 110 (Huntington), which is Broadhollow Road
2. Proceed north on Rte 110 through Huntington Station (The road becomes New York Avenue) into Huntington
3. Once you cross Main Street (Route 25-A) go ½ mile and 191 New York Avenue is on your left. 191 is on the black awning.
4. Park on the street or pull in the driveway on the far side of the building and park in the back
5. We are on the second floor – half way down the hall on the left

NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY

1. Exit 40N – Turn north onto Route 110 (Huntington) which is Broadhollow Road
2. Proceed north on Rte 110 through Huntington Station (The road becomes New York Avenue) into Huntington
